I consider myself truly fortunate — for more than 25 years, I have had the privilege of training under the guidance of my Si-Fu. From my very first steps in Wing Tsun, I was able to observe his movements, absorb his teachings, and listen to the deep mental lessons behind every technique. Not everyone is this lucky, and I am deeply grateful — whether to karma, fate, or simply life itself — for this opportunity.

Recently, I had the honour of travelling alongside my Si-Fu across Europe, sharing the authentic art of Chinese Wing Tsun with students in Athens, London, Barcelona, and Rome. It was a powerful experience to be part of this mission — to help preserve and pass on this beautiful art to future generations.

Teaching techniques is just one aspect of Wing Tsun. The philosophy, the mindset, and the way of thinking behind each movement are equally essential. Yet, perhaps the most profound lesson of all is learning to express the heart of Wing Tsun — to approach training, teaching, and life itself with sincerity and passion.

I was especially proud and touched that some of my students joined me on parts of this journey. Sharing the same passion and dedication with them is the greatest reward a teacher can ask for. You can teach skill, precision, and technique — but doing it with heart makes it truly unique.

Everywhere we went, I met practitioners who trained not only with physical strength or technical mastery but with genuine heart and spirit. After more than 25 years on this path, I’ve learned that when you lead with your heart, you can build extraordinary things — things that will continue to shine brightly for generations to come.
